Easy Double today. Met up with Andrew and Pat around 3:45 to run. Mixed in some track surface and barefoot turf running. Went to marathon sports with Pat and got a new pair of saucony ride 10's. Got papa gino's after which was good. When I got home, I went out for a little shakeout. Kept it easy and ended up doing just 3. I figured that today would be a good day just to keep things simpler.
