Easy Double today. Longish run today by myself. Just went out and back 5 miles into middleboro and finished the rest of the run on the turf. Felt good, and the lags didn't feel too beat up. 4 miles later on at night to keep the mileage up. Didn't get in the 70 that I wanted for this week, but I got in 65 which is pretty consistent with last week's total. Will hit 70 for this coming week. I've just gotta get up earlier now and get in a few easy miles in the morning rather than doing them later in the day after practice.
