Hard time falling asleep last night, and got up really early to run with someone who Summer Hutchinson introduced me to who used to run at MIT. Maggie took me to the Capital Crescent Trail which was only 1.66 miles from my house, so good to know about! Just did an easy out and back. Fun to run with another person and to meet her. Unfortunately it seems like all of the big running clubs are all downtown, so I'm not entirely sure if I can join one of them. I'm hoping that AU has some runners in the area or that the NIH has a running club. We will see! Did core after the run to kill time... very eager for work to start on Monday. Also realized that if I biked on the Capital Crescent Trail I could use it to get to work... looks like it would be a 6 mile ride to get there, so I might investigate.
