50 on the bike, then really wanted to try out the stair master so did it for ten minutes (logging as elliptical cause i don't have a stair master option). Wowza that thing is a good workout. Butt and calves were screaming 3 minutes in, and sweated buckets. Also my feet are too large to fit on the steps so I had to really focus on not falling off the machine. Definitely an efficient form of workout. After did the hard lift.
