Achilles was grumpy this morning because of all of yesterday's activity. Got laser on the achilles, then did an easy spin bike session (had to cut it short cause I was running out of time), then did the fastest light lift ever cutting out any foot exercises. Quick ice then booked it to class. No boot today- think that might have been too ambitious, but we will see. Achilles is sometimes twingy walking around but not nearly as bad as it has been in the past. // By end of day had no pain at all walking around, but shins are sore.
