abSOULutely KILLED my bike workout today. Jonathan told me so. He made it for me. I bike and I run but mostly bike right now. So today, I went moderate for 4x4 minutes and then rested for a one minutes( i only needed that)....then did sum 4x3 min HARD....beat everyone on the bikes. I biked so fast that i took the bike out of the AC and started biking on the roads. LEL. well then i cooled down even tho i didn't need it. Hope uu guys had half the day I did. peace and love-bikist
