Bike workout at IWU with Gabby!! Looked like it was going to be easy on paper but it ended up being pretty difficult. Sweat buckets. There weren't any meters on the bike so there was no way of knowing our RPMs or power, so had to go all on effort. Did 10 min warmup, 6x3 min on/1 min off, then 4x 30 hard, 30 easy, and then 7.5 min cool down. // Had so much fun watching all the races today. Great job everyone!!!
