Daily Note

Bike workout with Elizabeth and Sahara!! Actually super fun- difficult but fun. Did 15 warmup, then 5x (4:30 hard, 1:30 easy); 5 min easy, then 5x(40 seconds really high resistance standing up to simulate hill sprints, 1:20 easy). Then 13ish min cool down. Caroline entertained us during the first half of the workout which was really nice. All in all felt like I got some good work in, was pretty tired by the end. After did 10 min core.
