Daily Note

First ever bike workout today!! Did it with Gabby and actually really enjoyed it. Unsure if my effort was what it should have been, but sweat a ton (made a puddle on the floor) and quads were definitely hurting by the end. Did a 15 min warmup, then 2x(8 min tempo/ 2 min easy); then 3x(3 min moderately hard, 45 seconds easy, 45 sec really hard, 90 seconds easy), then cooled down till 70. Used the power measure to try and gauge effort, which I think generally worked. Felt like I got some good work in today. Also got cleared to try running tomorrow, hooray!
