Frustrated and embarrassed with today and this season. Had so many goals going in and seem to have gotten worse, not better. Theres a lot I could say about this race but I don't think it will be productive. I seem to have no fight in me anymore, and my heart has not been in my races at all. I need to figure out how to enjoy competing again. Looks like I have 6 weeks to somehow get back to where I was in November. Onwards to outdoor
