Daily Note

1.5 mi warmup. then did 1min fast uphill, 1min rest, 30sec fast uphill, 3:30 rest. I did that 5 times. The 3:30 rest was a lot and i was definitely recovered by then. the hills were hard, but i was happy bc the pace was always 5:20-40 which is good for uphill. it was raining so i didn’t do any downhill (didn’t want to slip) slow 1.5 cool down. coughing the whole time but feeling better.
