Daily Note

1.5 warmup and cool down w 2nd warmup and strides. 2x300, 2x200, 2x150. 300 times were both 56 seconds and it felt very relaxed and easy. Focused on form. 200s were 34 and 33. Focused on the start of the race. 150s were both 24 which i focused on finishing the race. Wore the wrong shoes today i noticed... but felt good. Rolled out at trainers and got a massage which felt sooo good. Core and hips at home.
