Daily Note

6x300 at a consistent 54 seconds until the last two which were 55 and then 52 seconds. 1.5 mi warmup and cooldown w second warmup and strides. I felt good except I noticed that my feet felt they were slapping on the ground kind of weird and harder then usual. core at home and rolling out.

    remind me that we've got to work on getting rid of that. Short time on the ground is a goal of faster running. Good workout.
