3x(4x400) - (82/82/82/82) (82/82/83/82) (82/82/82/79); I think the highlight of this workout was the 11:28 mile me and paru ran afterward (left my watch running when we walked for a little before the cool down lol). but overall a pretty good workout and super consistent (and consistency is something I'm really bad at!!). catch this 5k gal in the 800 this weekend!!!
