Daily Note

Up for a bit in the middle of the night due to loud neighbors, so decided to sleep a little more this morning. Moved stuff into the new lab space and ran in the late afternoon. Did Harris Stowe from the apartment which came out to a perfect Friday run distance. Felt good. Broke in the last pair of Napalis I had saved up, rip to another one of my favorite lines of shoes.
