Daily Note

Nice little AM run with Kyle and Joe. 45min loop then added on a campus loop with Kyle after Joe split off. Enjoyable run. Got a little cold running into the wind on the back half, but other than that felt pretty good. Not as sore from climbing last night as I anticipated, so calling it a win.
