In that its a great place to do a workout at 6:30 when everything else is dark. Started this run out thinking I was gonna do a fartlek through the Higlands, but a pretty bad bloody nose derailed that idea. Chilled at my house for a bit till it went away, then went back out with some blood still on my face to look tough, this time towards the High School, and then proceeded to do 1,2,3,2,1,3,1 with 2 minutes reovery. Hit exactly a k in both 3 minute intervals, and went a little faster on the shorter ones. Wind made this kind of tough for what I wanted to be a chiller more speed oriented workout, but thats okay. Thought the blood on the face might make the dumb band kids at the high school not be lame and yell stupid things like run forrest run at me, and that did not work. Maybe next time I'll come with a black eye
