VA Beach; nostalgic and surreal feeling being back at VA beach and recognizing everything from 5+ years ago, pretty stormy but fun shake out run with the boys, legs feeling pretty decent after bus ride, 2x 200 @ race pace then a little faster felt really smooth and good, track is really nice especially the banks, left me feeling good, nervous but excited, Vin said supposed to go through a k in 2:28 and just to be towards the back of the pack and race the last 3 laps or so
