Thought about running with Boulder Track Club again, but decided against it because they were doing a lame route and I was really happy with my two social encounters yesterday, so I figured I'd think about that on a solo run instead. Ran at the Res, but extended it around Haystack Mountain. Really beautiful morning helped me wake up from pounding two (2) margs last night. Really good AQ, so got some beautiful views of the mountains. Really liked this loop, it was a perfect 18 pretty much. It was probably 75% dirt too. And there was a farm stand with free water 8 miles in. Rolled in the 6:1x's for the second half of this. Felt good to get a moderate, but long effort. Yoga/roll when I got back.
