AM: Back cramped/tightened up really bad yesterday after my run for no reason. Pretty tight this morning, very annoying. Did a solo BRML early because I had things to do ___________________________________________________ PM: PM: Back only really bad when starting after a stop during the run. Park loop with Michael and Patrick. Felt great besides the back. Going to see how it feels tomorrow and will move workout accordingly. Might get a massage or something if it's still bad, but I feel like it'll get better quickly.

this happened to me a few years ago. my back would be fine running but as soon as I slowed down to stop or started back up again it was very painful and tight, constricted my breathing. I rolled it out with a lacrosse ball against a wall (like a wall sit with the lacrosse ball between your back and the wall) and that helped.
