Shlop with no Bridge

Run

: 9.00 Mile(s) : 00:00:00 : : : 0.0

Daily Note

Attempted and complete Shloppy no bridges today with Nick and Patrick. Had Nathan and Cobin along with to help officiate. Had some doubts last night, but really glad I did it. We didn't really do it for time, but ended up doing it in almost exactly an hour (~DUC to DUC). Went very chill the first 3 miles or so too so we could've beat the record if we wanted to. We thing there were 21 or 22 bridges that we had to avoid. Most weren't that bad, but some had really thick mud or just smelled like shit. The worst was going bridge to bridge across all of Grand Basin. Calves were burning after that guy. Glad there wasn't that much swimming and we were able to trudge through most of the water. Went very fast going up Forsyth to try and break 60. Felt like a race. Really fun time overall, would recommend to anyone. We went in as boys and came out as men. Hose off after and long shower. Calves bodied. Used an old pair of shoes that I threw out immediately.
