Daily Note

Woke up to big thunder and rains. Biked on over and assumed practice would eventually be cancelled. We did yoga, hurdles, and some core/balance stuff beforehand. Once Stiles cancelled practice, immediately went and did hob gob with Ben. I don't have time to double today so tried to squeeze in as much as possible. After we got soaked it honestly wasn't that bad. Stopped raining about 70 minutes in. We noted how us camping by the reservoir at Johnson Shut ins was like living under Vesuvius, and then later in the run we saw a billboard for a Pompeii exhibit. Found Cobin and Arun back on campus and then also Prat. Surprised with how much I got in, so pretty happy overall. Good test of attitude today and I think I treated it well.
