Daily Note

Did an awesome route through some woods that didn't seem as hilly, but probably was. Accompanied Grace on her longest run ever. Allegedly she was pacing off me, but I was pacing off her because I didn't want to pace push, so we went slow. Did the same loop again to get to mileage. Felt like I was running a lot faster than I was, but maybe the deep woods were messing with my GPS. Hung in the mid/low 6's for 8 hilly miles. Did a lot of mileage in singles this week, so I think that contributed to how bad I felt this week. Hip feels improved though so I think the altitude ticked it off. Yoga and stretching while listening to Tyler since I'm a kool kid. Played some games and got ice cream. Really fun time in CT.
