Progress

Run

: 14.10 Mile(s) : 00:00:00 : : : 0.0

Daily Note

A little double entendre in the title. Went to Katy for the run. A bit of a delay since the address link was whack, but luckily Connor's car also got fooled. Really enjoy the shade on the trail, but it feels less like a run and more like you're on the endless staircase in Mario 64. Group was a bit antsy at the start, so hung in the back with Nathan and eventually Elvir. By the 4th mile we were back a solid 45 seconds or so, but my friends were turning around, so I caught up to Marco, Tucker, Ben, Prat, and Brad who were going longer. On the way back, those guys wanted to go faster, so Ben and I chilled in the low 6:20's. I think I executed the progressive run well. Run never felt hard and was still enjoyable. Turned with some of the women's team for the last mile. Some yoga after and a good argument that will hopefully make people happier and allow us to PROGRESS as a team. Will be home for a couple weeks so trying to adjust mindset for training at altitude.
