Really fun HK with the 5k/10k boys. Good talks the whole time, a little about paying college athletes, a bit about Wendy's new mixtape (check it out on spotify, and a lot about love. Felt ok, not great. New lift with Noah after. He had to "spot" and give a "lift" to this guy benching, really glad it wasn't me. Kept it easy. Then ice bath with Paul, Noah, and guest appearance by Sophie. Franklin memes are hot right now, would buy quicker than would buy Amazon's exaggeratedly deflated stock rn. Check attached for a sample.
