4 mi wu, 8 mi wo (43:14, 5:24 pace), 4.14 mi cd. Woke up at 6:20 to prep for this and it worked out a lot better than usual. Reverse island, started at 31st bridge, went all the way to hot metal then started a short birm. First mile 5:28 pretty good control. It's all about starting the workout off right. 3 mi was 16:18 or so. Got a little harder after 5 mi and south side path was taxing but the first 5 were so smooth.
