Still have a sore throat, cough, stuffy, generally foggy feeling. Class all day didn't help, but tried a few to see if it would help clear me up at all. Got a nosebleed on the way to practice and on the way home. Run didn't really help, kinda made the throat worse. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
