This kind of weather deserves a Left Off so that's what G-Ram, Matt and I did. We got unlucky sometimes with traffic lights at first but everything turned out alright after hitting the river trail. In todays weight room I finally squatted more but maybe it slowed my legs up when I was biking back home. For some reason biking up Schenley drive just before midnight evokes the same fear in me as when I'm 5 and I'm sprinting up the basement stairs because I've just turned the light off.
