Daily Note

5 by mile on the 1.8 hills. We started at the bottom, so three uphills and two downhills with three minutes rest in between. Splits I think were 5:08 up, 5:06 down, 5:06 up, 5:02 down, 5:05 up. Our goal was 5:05 so this was right on. One thing to improve is starting out the rep stronger as I felt like I was lagging for the first 800 and would only get going for the last half.
