5 mi progressive @ 35:00 - 7:16, 7:16, 6:57, 6:46, 6:47 (first prog I've ever done in wp so #dub)
2.5ish cd

today was an adventure wowza. wu was good, mainly cuz it was all downhill. progressive was tough. first two miles were a grind uphill, the next two were down and felt ok, then I got a freaking bloody nose and it looked like a got in a fight. finished up the fifth mile w blood everywhere and called my dad to come pick me up (I got blood on my new shoes and I am still a little triggered about that ngl). after I got clean, went on a cd and ran into TWO MOOSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! finished up the am w some cold pizza :-)
