am: faster easy - 8:18, 7:35, 7:29, 7:31, 6:46, 6:34

felt good. I vividly remember why I don't do workouts on the mountain. that hill is a piece of work.

b: ft drills, leg swings
a: stretch and roll, vitamins and protein
