there's a winter weather advisory going on rn. so much snow, so much wind, so much winter.
I tried to go for a run outside and that was a big L, I almost died like 3 different times. So I went to the treadmill instead.
b: ft drills, leg swings
a: stretch and roll, vitamins

workouts - not stop on any of the ones that I do by myself
take care of the little things
eat healthy
run fast when I can, take easy days easy)
Track goals:
-qualify for indoor nationals???
-steeple outdoor nationals
-all American???
