long run w surges + myrtle

Daily Note

AM: Long Run w 5x45sec surges (w 5 min recovery btwn) at Waterton @ 1:15:35: 7:43, 7:39, 7:54, 7:59, 8:03, 7:24, 7:31, 7:15, 7:06, 6:55

I freaking crushed this run! Felt really smooth. Had wind on the way up and on the way down, & it was pretty warm out (I should have run earlier, I know better). Really happy with the effort though.

B: Ft drills, leg swings
A: Stretch and Roll, Vitamins and Protein, myrtle

PS: Coach, I think long runs with surges are my new favorite workout :)
