faster easy + so + weights

Daily Note

am: faster easy run - 7:15, 7:04, 7:08, 7:14, 6:46, 6:39, 6:12, 7:27

felt really great on the way up the canyon, but felt like crap coming down which was slightly disappointing

b: ft drills, leg swings
a: stretch and roll, vitamins and protein

pm: s/o and weights

legs felt heavy... felt like I got a lot of good work done today though which was satisfying
