AM: Morning lift and shake out the treadmill, because the roads were covered in black ice. Always seem more tired after a treadmill run than one on the roads. PM: Hills of Madison workout for evening practice today. Instructions were to go hard up the hills and steady for everything else until we hit our daily mileage. In total I went up 12 hills and kept a very solid pace the whole time. Glad I had a spare half mile from yesterday, because I don't think my stomach would have lasted much longer today. Overall solid second workout of the week.
