Daily Note

5x400 w/1min rest, 4x300 w/30sec rest. Plan was 8x400, but we kept slipping on almost the entire first 100m so coach decided to switch it to 300s. We still had a little bit of ice at the beginning of the 300s but it wasn't too bad. Splits were 74, 77, 76, 76, 74, 54, 53, 53, 51. Felt very strong and smooth during the workout. Legs also felt great before, during, and after. Not too worried about the times because (A) the ice definitely played a role in both the 300s and 400s and (B) we still got a ton of time until MACs. First workout since April 4th so I'm mostly just thrilled to be back
