Had a bit of a later night than expected but was worth it. Ran the ping pong table at the bar for a minute and then grubbed some good ol fish n chips. Slept in a touch and eased into the morning. OUt for the run around 9:30. Planned on a long run and was pen to shortening it if i didn't feel great. but loosened up nicely and felt decent the whole time. Legs felt good and aerobically felt ok. Probably around 7-7:30 pace. Didn't want to press at any time. Decent effort and towards the end i felt a touch of fatigue but overall good. Myrtl and stretching after. Planning on a down day tomorrow - either some hoops or a hike, maybe an easy run. Tech basketball game this afternoon then settling in for some football.
