Daily Note

took naveen's advice and ran in the snow on the track. had nicole to keep me company and to keep me motivated. it felt sooo amazing to get to move my legs again. the pain bothered me a bit but i got used to its company :) i haven't been able to run this far since nationals so it was a super great feeling
