Did an hour of spinning. Tried to go pretty hard bc it's quality over quantity when it comes to cross training for me. 10 min WU, then a ladder of 30s, 1 min, 1.5 min, 2 min, 2.5, 3 and back down w/ 30s rest between, a lil 5 min hill climb, and then some 1 min on/30 sec off to finish out the hour
