Day 1 lift in the morning, I got dirt on my hands when I did the handstands and I got records on my fingers (what??) I got my records on my fingers and I just can't stop (don't stop don't stop!) I can't there's a platypus controlling me he's underneath the table. Later ran with Logan and had a long chat about competition, running ethics and motivations, etc. Really has been interesting talking to him through all this. Anyway I guess Tim's still signing off at the end of the day
