Daily Note

Ran on the river and had my dad join me on his bike today because I've been getting lonely. He just told me a lot of stories of his clients as he often does and I listened, it kinda like having a podcast going while I ran which was a lot nicer than just being alone with the pain, especially late in the run. My long run record was officially set since my watch died. It was not nice weather out today, rainy with a strong headwind and I hated it but hey at least my body's a little more tired now. Oh also highest week ever by a mile!
