Daily Note

Went for a walk in the park near my aunt and uncle's house. Saw some red-tailed hawks (ebirdxlogarun crossover NOW) and caught up with the folks. Then I stretched, strengthened, and did core. More urban locations are more tolerable for me now than they used to be, since I'm not in them as often. I especially enjoy having a bookstore to go to again.
