aqua slog in the morning with gum and svetz, pm - 3 up, 3x(2-4-6-4-2) @ rep with a 4 instead of 6 on set 3, 3 down, workout went fairly well, 2's all around 30ish, 4's all around 61ish, first 6 slow, second 6 around 1:35, felt hard on the first set, wasn't ready for the rep stuff, first 3 reps all kinda slow, started to settle in after that, still pretty difficult, legs hurt on anything after 200m, grinded through with da boys, roll and stretch after
