He ditched it and ran back with me all the way. Net up with coach, and we picked it up a lot to catch Xavier lol. It was fun. Anas helped out Nur and Maisam. He was the real mvp: finished my mileage to Devon and back to green briar. Coco milk, Bulgarian split squats and pull ups with Maisam. also I woke up late, and grabbed like a protein bar because for once I was REALLLLY hungry. It was good, but I felt like I wasted it.
