Daily Note

2 up & dynams, started the workout w/ Em for the tempo stuff, super nice to have her to work with even if I lagged a bit here and there :) Then 8x 30 sec @ mile pace & 3x 2:30 @ 5k/interval pace. Not 100 percent sure if I was on for the last set, since we were going off of time, but felt like an honest effort/similar to how I feel during interval 800s... I suppose that's the beauty of this workout: to really listen to your body and run intuitively but hard at the same time yo. 1.5 zesty miles back down because my hands were in a stupid lot of pain.
