Am lift was fun! Was like "erm I dunno…" when Emily brought out the 10lbers for push-jerks but whaddya know we did it!! Core + some rolling and stretching. Pm oyo run (woohoo meetings) while listening to PATD playlist :) Had Coach Kim work on the right calf afterwards since it's been super stiff & uncomfortable since this weekend which seemed to release the more troublesome part. Fingers crossed! Band stretches and PT w/ Casey.
