Daily Note

Pre-practice heating pad on the hammy just in case since this is a long workout and I wanted to be feeling prime. .5 up, dynams & 2 more up. Was contemplating keeping my pants on after not feeling super warm after the dynams but REALLY glad I chose to lose em. Best I've felt during a workout in a while even with some icky heartburn. Splits were 6:22-6:28, then uphill mile was 6:54 oof, but turned around and yeeted myself down the big hill... accidentally ran a 5:54 but that was a steep hill. Miles 5 & 6 were both 6:21--2.25 mile cd w/ Seth bc it got super dark. Bit o' rolling and stretching after. Super happy with how this went and feeling encouraged for this weekend.

    Hold up the workout was actually 6.25 (pace worked out faster/further than just 6).
