New lift in the am. I dig. Solo run before a meeting in the pm, Dick-Ryan loop, finished through neighborhoods + 0.5 strides on the track. Rolling, band stretches and some pre-hab stuff for the MP tomorrow. Run felt pretty decent, still a bit of wheezing but breathing has improved so maybe just needed some like actual fresh air??
