Daily Note

Workout was a success! 2 mile warmup, dynams, then 2x 5min @ 6:08 pace, 3x 800 interval (2:47-2:47-2:46) and was able to do the 4x 200 reps too :) each about 36/37. 3 mile cd on the track, switched directions for the last 2 miles to even out the hips and hammies. Roll/stretch.
