Daily Note

Welp, the pre-Conference workout was on pace but felt, err less than prime. Super duper tight hip/butt & spazzy lower back again, but persisted throughout the entire workout and held me back a bit. Marched to the trainer once we got back to campus. Gonna revamp the rehab plan after this weekend but stick to routine for the week and hope for the best.
